Hired Law firm 2022Stay away from this attorney and his pompous partner. There's a reason he is not BBB accredited and any review is extremely poor besides the one he probably paid someone to post. No respect for client/attorney privilege, out to make a quick buck with ill regulars to the right and lawful way business should be conducted. Paid in advance for services he then failed to perform and had the audacity to try to recharge for. Him and his partner remind me of Cheech and Chong with a license to practice law obtained from a cracker jack box. Then when you question his immoral behavior of course his only response is " to call the law and say your harassing him". Blatantly lied to my face and changed his story in a matter of two minutes. RUN far away from these guys. Calling the cleaning crew from another building to be "sworn witnesses" they didn't even speak English. The absolute WORSE lawyer in the state of Georgia.

Hired Law firm 2018-2019Find another attorney. Mark is Poorly prepared. Wants cash upfront, don't do it... This attorney has more excuses as to why he's not prepared. Judge asked questions, Mark placed his arm length away, I'm not sure Judge (not prepared, had he read the file provided, his distain of a client was obvious) he pre-judged and convicted before the appearance before a judge. Getting a paid receipt, is worse than getting proper legal representation. Run from this Attorney... His address is even listed incorrectly on google...

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
