Hired Law firm 2024Attorney Neyman is an incredibly dedicated attorney who helped me through one of the most trying and difficult times of my life. He supported me in and out and was quick to respond to all inquiries and helped to get the best settlement. His knowledge of the legal system and professionalism is excellent. He went above and beyond to help in every way possible. Even after my settlement was finalized, he has continued to provide support and assistance whenever I have needed it. If I could, I would give him10 stars! He is the best!

Consulted Law firm 2018-2022Cc:Cherill Hunter: mass bar Oversears Cc: Gregory Waldrip: Boston police detective 1) you have failed provided copies of canceled checks. 2) You have failed to provide copies of original pay stubs 3) you have failed to provide proof of direct deposit of the mentioned income. 4) you admitted that the agreement was generically produced and you didn't make the effort to make changes to accommodate the clients marital status and provide her with alternate options. You were either negligent or it was intentionally done in order that she will only consult you and is left with no other alternative. 5) The agreement is not the only generically produced document. Failed to provide my file with all my information. 1) I would like my job reinstated and to return the moneys due to me due to my dire circumstances, Failing which 2) To be deported back to Sri Lanka within twenty four hours. 3) once this has been accomplished you must immediately sign an agreement that you will not leave any room to engage yourself with me or leave room that I am forced to contact you again for business negligence or any reason. 4) The discrepancy to the IRS must be reported as fraud immediately. We must have the IRS investigate. 1) To return the stolen funds and secure my employment. Or 2) Deportation to Sri Lanka. Within 24 hours after our meeting. No if's and Buts. That's the only option Mr. Neyman has to conform with at this time. He must now leave me alone and disengage once this matter has been resolved. He will no further have any business dealings with me. I believe he poses a danger to my life. Mr. Neyman: I am writing to you again as you have given me reason to do so. I have attached again the pay stubs you provided to me on 2/25/21 the W2 in dispute for 2018. The MCAD settlement that you affixed your signature where the complainant is required to sign. I have also attached a copy of my 2017 W2 and the tax filing by H&R Block. The pay stubs reflect payroll of the years 12/2017 and 01/2018. I was terminated on 12/18/17prior to my knee replacement for the lack of performance. I would also like to add that I am willing to provide you with the W2 of the years 2015 and 2016 but, I believe I should not be placed in this position to turn in my personal financial documents to you as it poses a huge risk to my life. I also want to bring to your attention that I got promoted from DSR 1 to DSR 2 within 7 months of my employment. It was entirely performance based. You had mentioned in you email of 02/25/21 that I was somewhat hard working my bonuses were performance based and it reflects on my work ethics and my experience. You underestimated my intelligence and competency. Mr. Neyman, the police have indicated to me that this is a white collar crime. They have on numerous occasions asked me if you have responded and made any attempts to resolve this. I have stated that I am attempting to resolve this amicably and move on from any further engagement with you. Pay stubs reflect the MCAD settlement of 12/18/18 12/17/17 to 12/30/17 $2,802.40 pay date 01/05/2018 (ABBR) Annual benefits base rate. 12/31/17 to 01/13/18 $540.48pay date 01/05/2018 ( look at the dates of earning and the pay date) ********** a huge error the check reflects it was paid on 1/5/18 for the period of 12/31/17 to 01/13/18 Comcast will never do so. There are other errors made but I wish to not highlight them at this time. 01/11/18 to 01/11/18 $1000.00 for performance bonus. I was terminated on 12/18/17 for lack of performance and they pay me a performance bonus? I need my job back immediately.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
