Verified ClientHired Attorney 2015I have a special needs grown son (who's a really great kid), but due to a condition allowed a few citations to get out of hand, and in three different cities. The fines and penalties facing my son were huge and steep and more than we could afford. 5 years had passed and the infractions turned into misdemeanors, warrants, etc. which meant jail time. My son was not a criminal and did not belong in jail. The situation for my son seemed hopeless and he was going to try and defend himself. But I knew that we needed a sharp attorney well versed in traffic laws and who would take the time to listen to me about how and why my son found himself in this desperate situation and what we hoped he could do to remedy the situation. Jack was stealth as he took over the case. Not only was he able to get the fines, and penalties greatly reduced, and a few dismissed, but also studied the condition from which my son is afflicted and had a defense prepared to deliver to the judge regarding my son's condition, which greatly changed the tenor of the case and situation. Jack McRae was extremely prepared, calm, collected, prompt and professional in court and very efficient in returning all communication keeping us all in the loop.
