Hired Law firm 2021-2022I have dealt with similar speeding ticket services before and I have to say this one is absolutely terrible. He charged me to do ZERO work and told me the basic offer that I was already available would be my best option. He tried to say that he worked hard to get it but defensive driving is literally what the police officer told me to take when I got the ticket. James then tried to charge me over $700 to continue to do his job. This business is an absolute scam and should be avoided.

Hired Law firm 2021James really saves my life. I got a speeding ticket of 102 mph on 65 in Wichita. Supposedly, I would get fine and get points or even suspension of my license. He created a miracle!! The case is "Dismissed". What a surprise!!! I didn't need to spend times to go to the court, paid "no fine" and "no points". He replied every emails that I sent to him. Very professional. Five stars service plus Five stars result!!

Hired Law firm 2021Mr James is an extremely excellent lawyer. He was very communicative with me making sure I was up to date with anything about my case. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome he managed to achieve. He won my case giving me NO POINTS, NO FINE. He saved me a lot of money. If you are looking for the best of the best traffic lawyers in NYC, no further look. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
