Hired Law firm 2018-2020A huge thank you! Zach Tucker and Heather Bradshaw were awesome in assisting us the past two years in making sure I received, and was given, the best most appropriate medical care regarding my injury. The outcome far exceeded my expectations, and I am truly grateful for their being here for me. Maritime Law is a specialty of which personal injury lawyers were unable to assist. Zach and Heather...thank you both. Happy New Year!

Hired Law firm 2019-2020Attorney Rudolph and his superhero assistant Brenda go and beyond to make sure the job gets done. They are not like those big commercial law firms that constantly say call call us and then never get back with you they just like to take your money. Because all those law firms care about are accidnet victims for big bucks. These attorneys actually will speak to you they will call you back in less than 24 hours there's no reason not to use them. Every attorney gets paid the same for SSD cases, a flat rate, which is why the commercial name ones avoid taking those cases they don't care about you they care about the money. They also try to save you money. What attorney do you know that does that? I love them. They are friendly, kind and really do care about you.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
