Hired Law firm 2022-2025I am deeply concerned by the egregious and ongoing misconduct demonstrated by opposing counsel in this matter. His actions reflect a severe lack of professional ethics and a deliberate disregard for court rules, due process, and the well-being of the minor child involved. Specifically: 1. Subornation of Perjury: The attorney has knowingly encouraged or allowed false statements to be submitted under oath, thereby undermining the integrity of the proceedings. 2. Circumvention of Court Orders: He has repeatedly disregarded or manipulated existing court orders, exploiting procedural backlogs to submit proposed orders for judicial signature without proper notice or opposition review. 3. Improper Use of Ex Parte Process: He frequently engages in ex parte communications and filings under questionable urgency, often without meeting the legal standards for emergency relief. 4. Misuse of Authority Figures: The attorney improperly uses court bailiffs, third-party influencers, and informal channels to intimidate parties, law enforcement, and even social workers, contributing to a hostile and coercive environment. 5. Overlitigation and Retaliatory Filings: He consistently files unnecessary or harassing motions, not to advance the child’s best interest or resolve legitimate issues, but to retaliate, delay, or increase the burden on the opposing party. 6. Disregard for Rules of Professional Conduct: His behavior demonstrates a pattern of dishonesty, manipulation, and a fundamental lack of respect for legal and ethical boundaries. 7. Harm to the Child: Most troubling is the harm inflicted on the child at the center of this case. The attorney’s tactics have directly contributed to emotional distress, the erosion of important familial relationships, and prolonged instability.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
