They're programmed to beat you down, dismiss you, belittle you, question your honesty & integrity as a person. They'll push you to your limit. Their goal ? Get you to quit, give up, drop your case. I speak from experience on how hard this is on a person, especially when your dealing with medical issues . It's all too much. I was near the end of my rope after being denied benefits. I can't be more grateful I found Mr. Hall. He took charge of dealing with an insane insurance company on my behalf. I can't explain the level of relief I had after our first call. I knew in Mr. Hall, I had somebody who understood and believed in me. But more than that, he knows how to deal with these companies. He knows their "game" and he won't be played. He's a skilled attorney that knows all the rules. He went on offense, immediately. He always took a call, responded to an email, and kept me updated. He was so easy to talk to. I was not just a case to him, I was a person. And he understood I was worn, exhausted and dangerously close to throwing in the towel. I don't know if he'll ever really understand the stress he freed me from. In a very short period of time, he got the insurance company to reverse their decision. I could finally, exhale. would highly recommend Phil Hall and his team!! I cannot say enough good things about them! They are absolutely the BEST!! Phil is the BEST attorney ever! I’ve read my share of reviews and no other attorney compares! Not only is he AMAZING at what he does, he is very personable as well! I came in to his office to fill out paperwork with my then almost one year old. It was some lengthy paperwork and the baby was getting tired of sitting in his stroller. Phil got him out and played with him while I finished the paperwork! Not once during this process was I made to feel like a “number.” I actually felt like I was the only client they were helping (even though I know I wasn’t!). Phil always kept me in the know and when I was being impatient and constantly calling with questions Phil or Amy ALWAYS answered them and did not make me feel like I was being a nag even though sometimes I know I was! Phil always gave me all the information, let me know his thoughts on everything, let me know the possible outcomes based on each decision, but ALWAYS left the final decision be mine. Like I said before, I cannot say enough good things about Phil Hall! With all the stress of a car accident case, Phil and Amy made it a breeze!!
