At Bailey, Stultz, Oldaker & Greene, P.L.L.C., we focus on helping clients who were injured. Whether their injuries occurred at work or because of the negligence of others, our lawyers have the knowledge and experience to help obtain needed compensation for lost wages, medical expenses, pain and suffering, and other damages and losses.
Founded in 1981, our Weston, West Virginia, law firm has been representing injured and disabled persons in the region for more than 20 years. Our cases involve mining, railroad and industrial accidents, and industrial diseases such as asbestosis, mesothelioma, lung cancer, silicosis and illnesses caused by chemical exposure. We also represent claimants in matters involving hearing loss, white lung and black lung (pneumoconiosis).
In cases such as these, we seek compensation through the West Virginia workers' compensation system as well as from Social Security Disability. The firm is the Benefit Services Provider to United Mine Workers of America, District 31.
We also advocate for clients who were injured in motor vehicle crashes, including those involving automobiles, trucks and motorcycles. Finally, we handle cases in which clients were injured by defective industrial and consumer products. In matters such as these, we file lawsuits against the negligent party in pursuit of compensation and damages.
Each client works personally with one of our five attorneys, each of whom is involved in local and regional legal associations. These include the Lewis County Bar Association, the West Virginia State Bar Association, the Workers' Compensation and Social Security committees of the West Virginia State Bar, and the West Virginia Association for Justice. Our lawyers offer free initial consultations and provide legal representation on a contingency fee basis. This means that you pay an attorney's fee only if we win your case.
