Family Law
Nelson recognizes that getting divorced can be one of the most emotionally and financially traumatic experiences of our lives. Transitioning from “a life together” to “a life apart” can be very stressful and tricky to navigate.

You need an attorney, like Nelson, who has the knowledge and experience to help you make informed decisions about the best path forward for yu and your family.
Nelson can assist you with all divorce related matters, including child custody, child support, spousal maintenance, complex property distribution, relocation, international divorce cases, LGBT family law, and military divorce cases. Professional Negligence
We live in a world where we must each rely upon experts. We rely upon our doctors for medical care. We rely upon lawyers to guide us through our legal affairs. We rely upon our accountants and financial advisors for our financial affairs. We literally entrust our lives to experts.
So, when experts don’t do their jobs---when their acts and/or omissions fall below the applicable standard of care---our trust in them has been betrayed.
If the trust you placed in an expert was betrayed because the expert did or failed to do something which failed to meet the applicable standard of care, and you were damaged as a result, you are entitled to have that expert compensate you for your injuries.
If you or someone you love has been damaged because an expert did not do their job, we
encourage you to call Nelson for a free consultation.
