Alvin Family Law Firm
Overview
I, Benjamin Beveridge, established Beveridge Law Firm PLLC, in Alvin, Texas, with the purpose of helping my clients obtain custody and visitation rights for their children. Extending practice from Alvin and Houston to the surrounding regions of Brazoria, Galveston and Harris, I focus on offering my services in the areas of divorce and child custody.
Working closely with the Texas family law for the past several decades, I have gained valuable insights into each aspect of family law, broadening my spectrum and the reach to my clients. My practice covers a range of matters from divorce, the legal separation of unmarried couples, child custody disputes and parenting time challenges, to property division, enforcement of family law orders, and modifications and appeals.
I completed my Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the South Texas College of Law Houston in 2020 and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2020. With stellar reviews from satisfied clients, I have also been rated “Good” on Avvo. Having personally navigated the Texas family law system, I understand the predicaments and concerns you will have going through turbulent times in your personal life.
Wading through these waters for several years both personally and professionally, I have also been engaged in the reformation of family laws in Texas for the better. With this unique perspective, I put in maximum effort to represent those going through a difficult divorce or fighting for custody of their children, with zeal and commitment.
If you are facing any of these challenges or require guidance in sorting out your family law matters, contact Beveridge Law Firm PLLC as soon as possible. I offer virtual appointments and accept credit cards as a mode of payment.
