Do not use this company. They will confuse you. The contracts do not dictate their true intentions. I have written several reviews. None have shown up. All have been documented.

Make sure you record all.the conversation. This law firm will lie and steal your disability income.. then right before they quit. They'll screw up your chances with veterans. And u lose alot

I am most happy of letting you know about two of your best employees. Brenda is your "first point of contact" whenever I have called and her friendly voice, enthusiasm, courtesy puts me at ease. She really makes me feel like I am going to be helped and always greets me with a friendly voice. Allison is my "point of contact" when dealing with my VA disability, her professional demeanor and cheerful attitude has made a big impression on me. I always get answers to my questions or followups and I really appreciate everything she does. They are your best employees as far as I am concern. Please convey my sincere appreciation for a job well done.

Teaming up with Bosley and Bratch proved to be the smartest thing we ever did to get a positive resolution to my VA claim. Prior to enlisting their aid, I received a number of denial letters from the VA leaving me feeling rather powerless. I couldn't even get an exam for my claimed medical condition. Another dead end - I was about ready to give up. Then someone recommended Bosley and Bratch and I thought Why not? What a difference in the outlook and outcome of my case! Starting with Thomas Ernst, the Bosley and Bratch team listened carefully, and with compassion, to my case. They gave us an honest appraisal of my case, recommended we proceed with an appeal, and talked us through the whole process, answering a myriad of questions along the way. Allison Geddes, whose enthusiasm and confident outlook never once flagged, helped us submit the right paperwork and tracked the case as it moved through the VA labyrinth, updating us at critical points. Attorney Erica Tolpin also briefed us at key points and carefully and clearly explained what Bosley and Bratch, especially my case attorney, Dan Smith, was doing on my behalf. With Bosley and Bratch in my corner, I felt I had a real chance to finally get a fair look at my case. Based on their careful and untiring work I got the exam I needed and the appeal was solved in my favor. It's an absolute fact that I would not have succeeded without Bosley and Bratch on my side - they know what they are doing and they simply don't quit until they get it done for the veteran. Their unwavering dedication, in-depth knowledge of the arcane VA system, compassion for veterans, and determination to see a case through is unparalleled. You can't go wrong getting Bosley and Bratch on your team!

After struggling for 6+ years with assistance from the personnel through the DAV to push the VA to actually review my case. Chris never gave up, and Christen was quick to notify me of any changes. This past year, summer of 2020 the battle was finally over. I was able to receive my final rating. It would not have been possible without Chris Boudi and Christen Hubin.

My lawyer Chris Boudi and his assistant Brandy Bilbee have far exceeded my expectations. I worked by myself and DAV to get my 10% back injury reinstated since they took it away in 1984. After repeated denials by the VA, I decided to get some help. Thank God for these people. How was I to know I was eligible for 100%? Do yourself a favor and give them a call. Very respectful and caring people helping us as Veterans.

I am extremely grateful to the entire Bosley & Bratch Firm. I tried to gain justice on my VA Disability Decision for the last going on 12 years now by doing all of my own footwork, paperwork filing, and tracking down many old and lost documents on my own with some, but little success. I became overwhelmed tired and frustrated with the process and the treatment/ service that I was receiving from the VA, so I finally reached out to Bosley & Bratch to finish the fight and close out the very long drug out case of mines and they did what I was unable to do all by myself. I am very humbled and really pray you contact Bosley & Bratch without hesitation to avoid enduring the strife that I did. God Bless you all and I pray you all gain the favor you all earned and truly deserve, A Special Thank You to Mr. Bratch, Mr. Boudi, Mr. Crandall and Mrs. Bilbee.

After years years of being turned down by the VA for unemployability I contacted Bosley & Bratch for help. The entire team was professional and knowledgeable and kept me informed as my case progresses. Whenever I called there was always someone there to answer my questions and concerns. They all seemed so well informed about my case and would guide me as to what steps to take. As a Veteran, this group of professional is the most respectful, caring and kind people I have ever met. I can tell they really care about us, veterans. I thank you all so much. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to attorney Dan Smith and case manager Ian Simon for all their hard work and time that they put into my case. Within 10 months VA approve my unemployability plus retroactive. I know it was because of all you have done for me that pushed it forward. You are truly an amazing team. I strongly recommend Bosley & Bratch to all veteran. You will feel like family on your very first telephone call. Brenda, the receptionist, will make you feel comfortable with her cheerfulness and great sense of humor. This group of professional will never forget your name and I guarantee you they will work hard for your claim.

Hiring Bosley and Bratch wasn't easy for me. I'd never hired an attorney before and we were 4 states apart. Now I look back and see that it was one of the best decisions I ever made. The distance between us was completely irrelevant. They were constantly in touch with me and I was always aware of what to expect next. There's not enough good things to say about Bosley and Bratch.

I can't say enough good things about this firm. Chris Boudi handled my VA claim, and I was awarded a 100% disability without too much trouble. The firm always on top of things. Brandi, in the office, was also very helpful and kept me informed. And Ken Crandall was great in helping me to prepare for my C & P exam. He let me know what to tell the doctor so that the doctor could properly document what the VA needed to see. It was really worthwhile to use this firm. I don't think that I would have been successful without them.

I would like to give Bosley & Bratch an outstanding review for helping me on my long journey to accomplish my 100% unemployability. I want to express my honest opinion about an outstanding attorney named Christopher Boudi, Case Manager Brandee, and Mr. Kenneth Crandell. These are some of the finest people I have ever dealt with in a professional office. Every time I had concerns and questions they never hesitated to answer my questions. I had to put forth effort and trust God to lead me on this difficult journey that I was about to pursue. I thank God that he led me to the best attorney and most professional people to accomplish what I thought I would never accomplish. I am glad to give these fine group of people a great review for being there for me when I myself had lost hope fighting for my long overdue Va benefits.

The office of Bosley and Bratch, I like to take this time to thank your lawyers Chris who helped my husband Milton Rodriguez with his VA case. To Ken who help Milton I know how to answer the questions that the doctors and psychologists we're asking of him. That meant a great deal to him otherwise we would not have known how to answer those questions or how to act or show emotion, like when he had to shoot the young boy in Vietnam and the nightmares and sweats that he has been going through, for that I thank him most heartedly. Jesse when he called us back he was very thoughtful and caring on how he spoke to us especially to Milton, you could hear the concerns in his voice and now he told him that if he could help us he would. That meant a great deal to him and Jesse for that I thank you. Christen what can I say I think I drove you up the wall how many times, but yes you answered all my questions and you assured me that as soon as you found out anything you would let me know immediately. You are my rock and Milton because without you I think we would have been somewhat lost. Even when I was trying to hold this process you were there to hold my hands and say everything was going to be okay. You are an asset to your professor, your proficiency is outstanding I could not have asked for a better team than what I have right now. And last but not least Miss Brenda with her cheerful disposition on the phone she would always make me smile when I've had a bad day without her knowing it so Brenda kudos to you, you've really outdone yourself and I thank you for that and as many times as I called I'm pretty sure you would have said there's that lady Sally. I'm just joking. But truly Brenda made my day so many times and for that I am grateful. Thank you so much to Bosley and Bratch, I will be recommending you to other veterans that I meet along the way. Milton and Sally Rodriguez

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level
- - Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials
- - How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost
- - How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City
- - Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
