We lost all of our personal information including social security numbers and original birth certificates and marriage certificates because they sent all these important documents through usps without certifying the mail, after they had been told by us several times we planned to pick these things up in person. Never apologized and always treated very poorly by her and her staff. Many better options in this area... find someone professional.
