I was referred to Kevin after having been injured in a car accident. I originally used a large firm and was not happy with the service I was receiving. Kevin helped me switch to him effortlessly. His firm has great communication. I was very well informed on the matters of my case. Every step was communicated clearly and someone always followed up on any questions I had. My case was rather small but I still felt important to Kevin and his team.

It is easily noticeable how worn out and jaded the employees are in the court room. Repetitive charges keep coming out only to find different bodies and names. Lucky for me, Tim Galluzzi was anything but perfunctory. Aside from a consummate performance that led to the minimal sentencing (judge granted everything that we asked for and even waived some fees), Tim was so relatable, understanding, and kind in the process. He never judged me for my retarded behavior that led me to this point. He gathered a comprehensive history and came out with the best game plan he could. I honestly do not know how I could have been more satisfied. Oh, did I mention he did all this in the process of having his first son?

Kevin was excellent in handling our case with our previous landlord. Our original security deposit was $1700 and when we decided to move out she tried to only give us back $192 from that original deposit. She was using this money for regular wear and tear in the house and didn't have any evidence to back up her claims that we "damaged her house and forced her into expensive repairs." We sent her a demand letter for $1200 letting her know that if she did not comply then we would be taking her to court. After a couple weeks she eventually caved in and paid us back the money we deserved. Kevin did a great job throughout the whole process and was very thorough with us and our previous landlord. I would highly recommend him for any legal issues you may run into.

Start to finish Mr. Galluzzi earned my confidence with his legal expertise and focus on my case. You might think they are a young new firm but I assure you they are far from it as they are nothing short of “Bull Dogs” in the courtroom. I've known Tim as a friend, law student, and fellow practicing attorney for nearly six years. I hired Tim to help me in a tricky and time-sensitive landlord/tenant dispute. After contacting some other attorneys I was beginning to feel hopeless with my case. They were either asking for to much money, or were afraid to take my case etc. I contacted Tim and he gave me a fair rate, and was eager to work with me. After the in person consultation I was very excited to work with him also. He made me feel much more confident going into the hearing, and more comfortable with everything going on.
