I was recommended to John by another attorney I'd contacted regarding estate planning. I was assured he was the best, and they were so right. The estate planning documents were thoroughly explained and prepared to meet my individual wishes and needs. Since being prepared, I've had reason to utilize them in several personal/business affairs as I continue long-term estate planning; and not once were they rejected for any reason. We had our Wills updated and established a Trust document. Very Professional, Knowledgeable, Courteous, and Efficient staff. Immediately upon making an initial appointment, Crow staff responded via email with a detailed form to be completed before the initial appointment. This clearly demonstrated a well-managed, detailed, and thorough process. This form provided the attorney all our information needed to begin the process during our first meeting and saving attorney/client time. John Crow explained all our options and costs very clearly and in great detail while patiently answering all our questions. Immediately we were put at ease and felt very confident in each final decision. John Crow is by far one of the best will and probate lawyers in all of Tennessee!! I interviewed several lawyers in Tennessee and Mr. Crow has what it takes to get the job done! I hired Mr. Crow for my Dad's estate and he made the process as painless/possible as could be. He and his staff were extremely helpful and answered any questions that came up and took care of all paperwork very fast (in a matter of like 2 days). He was also understanding and very affordable in a time where money mattered. Was willing to go to bat for me for anyone who wanted try to give me the run around about closing out my father's affairs and just having that peace of mind in that time means alot during a very stressful time.
