Dan was able to deal with a very unreasonable ex-spouse during my second custody hearing with her. Her and her attorney were unwilling to negotiate and thanks to Dan I was able to get more than I had even offered to my ex-spouse, prior to us going back to court. Dan worked very hard in court to ensure the Judge was able to see exactly what the real issue was. I was able to maintain having the children live with me primarily which was the biggest issue to my kids and made them very happy. I would use him again if I had any other issues come up with my ex-spouse.
