THE WORST!!!! These individuals are kid through Legal shield and trust me when I tell you they act like it. You call and the receptionist finds out you are a legal shield member you are now treated like you’re begging at the welfare office. The alleged attorney wasn’t prepared for the meeting AT ALL! Literally hadn’t reviewed anything I sent and got in the call and asked me where are we with all this? Huh? Dude you’re the attorney what are you talking about. the attitude to me was that they are doing you a favor by even speaking to you. The attorneys only focus was sending the standard letter you get through legal shield no matter what the heck your situation is. The attorney did not listen and was so rude and disrespectful I wouldn’t use this law firm if it gave free legal protection for ten years straight. Absolutely ignorant and sad!! If someone is calling for help how dare you get on a high horse when you need my money? The consult is normally 45 minutes at least he didn’t want to be in the phone longer then 5 minutes cutting us off, being rude and short as if we were bothering his schedule. I didn’t call legal aid I called a law firm that I thought was respected instead they have a bunch of customer service and great attitudes and service awards mumbo jumbo all Over their site but that isn’t applied in real life. DO NOT HIRE!! You have been warned!

Mark is a very talented lawyer and gets the job done. He saw that a insurance company that drag there feet in covering me for a incident covered me immediately. Tracy and David were also very efficient and followed up promptly on ever matter.

I worked with Justin Fouts in the law firm and he was very professional. Justin answered all my questions and made sure I understood all my options along the way. I would highly recommend Degnan Law Group if you are looking for attorneys that know real estate and have your best interest at heart.

I can confirm that they do not have Free Consultations as advertised. They send out a PDF to fill out with information about your situation and at the very end of the form they have you sign to agree to a $300 consultation. I wrote back asking about the advertised "free consultation: and never heard back. Dishonesty up front is probably an indication of how their service will be throughout your case.

This Law office does not provide free consultation like they advertise on every website. They charge $300 just to determine if he is the right lawyer for you. False advertisement is all I need to know about the professionalism of this law office.
