Worst decision ever made to have this law firm represent my case. Took months to file my appeal and I had to keep asking about it. I don't feel like the office really cared about me and my case. Been out of work year and a half on unpaid leave and about to lose my apt. Now the lawyers dont even want to fight my case in court. Metlife is basically getting away with not covering me. Havent done any treatment or therapy bc cant afford it and lost my medical insurance. They owe me like $100k and when I really need my disability to cover me I get no help. The lawyers should care about you and fight for ypur case in court. How is it fair that no one cares about the client suffering and relying on the lawyer to fight for your rights to get better. I have a traumatic brain injury and need treatment and therapy. Im sorry but Im so unhappy and feel I should have been treated better. Is it you aren't making enough money off my case and you u dont care about my welfare. The whole system has failed me (lawyers, medical insurance companies and medical sys). I have a child who has special needs who is suffering because my injury and i still can't get better. I expected to be treated better and someone I hire to fight hard for my rights and if the lawyer didn't want to do that then don't take my case. Now I'm getting passed off to some other lawyer like I don't matter. No communication either. I have to keep contacting about my case. I can't recommend this firm if this is how you treat me.
