Our approach to any case is the same: We are compassionate toward clients yet aggressive in pursuing their goals. Everyone who walks into our law firm has a unique circumstance. We personally review the details of these cases, such as child custody disputes, the administration of a trust or an real estate transacation. We then develop a plan that is respectful of our clients' resources and targets their best interests.
The founding attorney of Dillon Law P.C., Patrick B. Dillon, is a member of the American Agricultural Law Association and has extensive experience assisting rural clients. Both he and attorney Jill Dillon have personal connections with family farming. Mr. Dillon is a Board Member of the American Agricultural Law Association, serving as president elect in 2020 and president for the 2021 year and a former section chief of the Iowa Bar Association's Agricultural Law Section and holds an Avvo "Excellent" rating. Mr. Dillon is also a frequent presenter on Agricultural Law topics for the State Bar, at Iowa State University continuing legal education seminars and for private groups. Ms. Dillon has a background in serving low-income taxpayers, having appeared on their behalf before the Iowa Department of Revenue and the Internal Revenue Service, serves as a Fayette County Prosecutor and is certified family law mediator. She accepts select family law cases. The firm also represents many communities in northeast Iowa as city attorney.
Dillon Law P.C. is a debt relief agency that helps people file for bankruptcy relief under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
