My wife and I worked with Kevin and Lynn on estate planning this year. It was a multi-faceted situation with a lot of moving parts given family status and other issues. Luckily, Kevin has seen this before and was very instrumental in crafting an estate that was complete and would cover a myriad of unforeseen future events should they occur. I don't believe we could have made a better choice of attorney.

Kevin Drendel set up a trust for my husband and me this spring. He printed it up for us to read and to sign. My husband took ill and was hospitalized in May. To get this paperwork signed, he brought his team to the hospital. He was very thorough and helpful during this whole process and explained everything very clearly. Carolyn Jansons was assigned as a GAL in a divorce case. She DID NOT have the best interests of a child in mind as she allowed the child to be put in an illegal daycare center. She never visited the day care or checked to see if it was licensed and compliant. After a DCFS investigation it was discovered that it was not licensed and not compliant. The investigator inferred that you would not want your child in that facility. Previously, the child had been removed from a licensed learning center and placed in this illegal daycare. As a result the child is now behind in learning and cognitive skills according to a test done by the licensed learning center. Carolyn Jansons does not care about the well being of this child. She is not worth the money that was spent on her. BEWARE!!!
