Several of our attorneys have been listed in Super Lawyers and are active on local government commissions and planning boards throughout New Jersey. We counsel clients on prudent strategies and help them resolve legal disputes and other matters with personalized, efficient and effective representation in all forums.
Our approach to commercial litigation includes personal attention and discussions, including alternative dispute resolution (ADR) from the outset. Efforts to resolve disputes quickly and with buy-in from each party involved help our clients save time, money and resources. Our lawyers are well-versed in ADR. Some are approved mediators in the Superior Court of New Jersey.
