This firm catered to my needs, as I live in Alcoa and couldn't drive to Knoxville after having a concussion. They were prompt in responding and texted/emailed me, as I work in a call center and could not answer my phone. I would highly recommend. They took care of almost everything for me. Nice staff and Mr. Howard was very pleasant. I don’t feel they were very aggressive with the settlement process. Even though I had no major physical I njuries, I was in therapy for 5 months and still struggle with driving anxiety after being rear ended by a dump truck at rush hour which ended up totaling my vehicle. I got reprimanded from my employer when leaving work to go to Dr.’s appointments. I had to purchase another vehicle and get a part time job. None of this was “damage that is allowable”. The at fault party was cited at the scene and I feel Like I wasn’t made whole from this process.

My sister was in hospice & my check from the accident wasn't going to get there until the week after I received the call she only maybe had 24-48 hours & was in Ohio.They gave me a check from their personal account when they heard about my situation...I didn't have the money to go but they made it possible for me to see my sister before she passed.I will forever be Grateful to them...Mrs.Howard was my angle.This was the week of Christmas as well.This has given me faith in people once again.
