Experienced And Committed Counsel for Employment Rights Litigation and Municipal Law
Whether we are representing an employee, employer, municipality or business, we have one simple goal: To provide our client with the best legal representation possible. Our occupation is protecting your occupation.
Our firm was formed in 2007, when Don Gasiorek, Sam Morgan and David Greco left a large plaintiffs litigation firm to form a boutique firm to focus on legal rights in the workplace. A dozen years later, we have 9 seasoned litigators and trial lawyers, and have added municipal law and personal injury practice areas to the firm's offerings.
Our lawyers are experienced and leaders in their respective fields. Six of our lawyers have been recognized as Michigan SuperLawyers. Six of our lawyers are AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell. Three of our lawyers are Fellows in the prestigious College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. One of our lawyers is an accomplished township attorney, and also chairs the legal committee for 13 Detroit-area communities in Clean Water Act litigation that has been ongoing for over two decades, and is the federal court-appointed liaison counsel and legal advisor to multi-community municipal utilitity authorities and watershed alliances. Another lawyer has recovered more than $100 million in settlements and verdicts for medical malpractice and personal injury clients.
