Our Three Main Practice Areas
Our law firm once only handled individual labor law cases. In 1992, we expanded our practice to include class action cases as well. These are the types of labor law cases we now handle:
1. Labor law: We represent unions when they go up against state and federal courts in their bids to defend labor rights.
2. Class actions: We represent large groups of employees all sharing common grievances against the same employer.
3. Pension and employee benefits law: We advise labor-management trustees on how to navigate and address law changes affecting pension and health plans.
