I have worked with Gregg and Kira for over 2 years through a very painful and contentious divorce and custody matter. The level of professionalism, knowledge of the law and military acumen, along with kindness and compassion is unmatched. I searched for an attorney who could navigate these issues for a while and was so pleased when Gregg was recommended to me. I have always had prompt communication via phone and email, multiple questions answered and above all, respect and kindness for myself and my family. I have recommended Gregg to multiple friends and he is always my first call for legal questions/issues. Don?t hesitate to reach out to this incredible team!

Mr. Gregg Bradshaw is highly recommended due to his experience and ability to navigate the legal field. I attended each hearing and heard him represent me in court. He was exemplary with his words in representing me and my kids. Showed a firm commitment to helping me. Could not have had a better advocate in my corner. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Bradshaw for your prompt email and phone responses, accuracy to details, and knowledge sent my way to understanding everything along the way.

We have worked with Bradshaw Law twice, and they have worked diligently to bring us a favorable outcome. I appreciate that Gregg works for you economically, meaning if he doesn't feel like a particulate action will be an added benefit, he will not waste your time or money on it. Both Kira and Gregg are down-to-earth and compassionate. My only frustration would be that sometimes, they are hard to get in contact with. But, in the end, it all got done, and it was probably more a case of my impatience.

How do I choose a lawyer?

Consider the following:

  • Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
  • Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
  • Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
  • City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?

Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?

Here are a few to get you started:

  • How long have you been in practice?
  • How many cases like mine have you handled?
  • How often do you settle cases out of court?
  • What are your fees and costs?
  • What are the next steps?

Want to check lawyer discipline?

It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:

  • Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
  • Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
  • Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
