I was unfortunately pinched doing 61 in a 40 on Rt 145 in the Catskills. Never having gotten a ticket before, I was shocked that I had landed in the 6 pt category. Mr. Wagman’s reviews were promising and sure enough, he took the time to not only patiently explain my options (pay the state fine and keep the points, or pay him and most likely be a lot happier) and calm my nerves.
