Ran (in their client services department) is very easy to communicate with by being both well-organized and, more importantly, extremely responsive to emails and calls in a timely manner. I truly appreciate this because it shows they are not only dedicated to their relationship with me, but they also respect my time. The high standard of professionalism I receive consistently exceeds my expectations and I would absolutely recommend John and his team to my family and friends for legal services, especially related to estate planning needs.
