Ashish S. Joshi has advanced degrees in law from the University of Michigan Law School and Gujarat University in India, as well as training in accounting and economics. This enables him to analyze complex financial transactions and explain them in understandable language both in court and across the negotiation table.
Mr. Joshi has counseled and represented corporate clients and executives in the areas of cross-border litigation, commercial litigation and white collar crime in India and the United States. Mr. Joshi has been admitted to the bars of District of Columbia, New York, Michigan and Gujarat, India, and is fluent in English, Gujarati and Hindi.
Dr. Demosthenes Lorandos is unique in the legal community. Besides being an attorney and member of the California, Michigan, and New York state bars, Dr. Lorandos is also a PhD-level psychologist with many years of clinical experience.
This provides him with skills in the area of jury selection and the ability to present arguments in a persuasive manner.
In addition to being in constant demand across the country as a litigator, Dr. Lorandos is also a noted author and speaker, having authored or co-authored numerous books and articles on legal and behavioral science topics.
