I have used Korshak and Associates over the past 30 years on various cases from Personal Injury to Divorce. Attorney Stephen D. Korshak and his legal staff always made me feel like my case was high priority. They kept me up to date during the whole process. During my Divorce, Attorney Lee Karina Dani, made sure that me and my children were legally protected. During such Divorce I had to re-finance my home and Attorney Brad Petrino helped me with transferring ownership of my property to me with a Quit Claim Deed. During all of these situations the staff of Korshak and Associates talked me through the whole process and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone.

I'll just give you a factual synopsis of my experience with Korshak and Associates you can decide for yourself if this is a firm you'd like to work with. 12/16 I call speak to Stephen Korshak the basis for my call is to have an easement written for an upcoming dock project, he hands me off to Brad Petrino junior partner. I'm told it'll take 10 days to 2 weeks it's $2500. I'm agreeable to this, a secretary tells me she'll email the retainer agreement by 4pm with a credit card authorization. 12/17 No email by mid day, I contact the office speak to a secretary she suggest I check my spam email nothing, I ask her to send it again.   12/18 Still no retainer agreement email, another phone call, another secretary and she actually sends it. 12/19 Retainer and CC authorization returned with a follow up email to Brad containing some particulars about what I need done. I call later in the day, told he is in court.12/20 Call again, once again told Brad is in court. I speak to Emily and ask her to verify receipt of the documents I emailed. She says of course they have them but can I send them to her just so she has a copy,.12/23 Still no response from Brad and mysteriously for a law firm no one has charged $2500 to my credit card. One more phone call, shockingly Brad is in court. I ask again to verify receipt of my documents, "no we don't have them". I'm asked to send them again before they are discovered in Emily's email. I inquire about the promised timeline and am told (I'm paraphrasing here) "if that's what I was told that's what it is". At 11:01AM I receive a receipt for my retainer.12/27 I finally receive a signed copy of the retainer from Brad. This makes me nervous because if we're just getting to this I doubt little else has transpired on my case. I call the office to speak to Brad, you can probably guess where he was. I leave a message detailing my earnest need to speak with him. I do not receive a return call.12/30 The 2 week deadline has arrived. Although I would like to believe that Brad has been diligently working on my documents with said deadline in mind I know better. I call first thing and surprisingly Brad is not in court! But he's still not available to take my call. Several hours later my phone call is returned by (not Brad) Stacey who says she can't give me a time frame for completion of my documents. Apparently Brad has been sick (and still going to court what a trooper) and is very behind on his work. I tell her I need them by the end of the week and to please tell him that. She says she'll let him know.About 2 minutes later my phone rings, once again Stacy. She says Brad will not be able to complete my documents by the end of the week so to be helpful they are going return my retainer and drop me as a client. I say that would have been nice to know two weeks ago and hang up.

Easy to talk with and this firm will make sure you understand everything going on with your case. They are extremely fair and cost effective. I would not hire anyone else this is my goto firm. This firm was able to get a default judgment against the criminal who stole from me within a couple months and the only reason it dragged on was only due to the fact that the criminal in question is on the run from the law.
