I can not say enough how grateful I am for this office. I left another firm (I won't mention names today) that just let my case sit for nearly a year! I met with Jeff and gave him some information about my case and decided to hire him to get this done. I am so happy I did!! 5 days after hiring my case was filed and moving forward. His staff was proactive in reaching out to the other attorney and setting up meetings and keeping me in the loop the whole time. I didn't have to keep missing work because they would go to court for me and let me save my vacation days unless I had to be there. I'm just grateful I was able to find them. The worst law firm I could have possibly gone through. I hired Jeff for my custody battle, went through 5 thousand dollars only to find out a month before our trial that he had dropped my case and given it to Christina. Not only was I not told about it until it had already taken place but Christina acted like it was a burden to her to even have my case and wasn’t even aware of the entire situation and what had been going on! The things she said wouldn’t matter in court not only did but were held against me. The things I was told were going to happen on my behalf not only were not all presented but was told while in court she didn’t want to have my child speak with the judge himself. So after all of 7 months, I not only lost my case but had an additional 500 that was billed to me. So when I spoke with them about paying it and then objecting to the decision made, I was told to pay the bill and we would go forward with the objection. So of course I paid that in full. No more than 5 hours after I paid that in full, they sent me another bill for almost 2800 dollars!!! That totals 8,300 dollars in a 7 month period!This place is not only unprofessional but only wants your money! They have no interest in actually winning your case! They just take your money and run with it!! I will NEVER recommend going to them for anything!

Being involved in a long drawn out divorce caused me to be very concerned and frightened how it would end for me. I was very thankful to have Jeff Hale represent me.
