Terrible experience. Wasted time and money. Pressured us to get unnecessary medical treatment to run up the cost. Never consulted on the legal help we were looking for. Stayed focused on trying to act like a physician, having inappropriate conversations and creating fear. We had to mange the remaining Underinsured motorist claim on our own. Once away from this firm we were able to settle the claim for the full amount of coverage without losing future medical claims for the injury. We didn’t have to pay attorney fees for the remaining UIM. Best thing to Happen was ending our relationship with this firm. Don’t waste your time and risk your health.

This review is a lie. We actually represented this man's wife. All medical decisions were made between the doctor and patient, not this law firm. We never give "medical advice". A clients body is their own and what they do with it is their decision. Some decisions though have consequences from a legal perspective. We spoke the truth to the client at all times. For some people, the simple truth is fearful. We have copies of extensive correspondence answering all of their legal questions. We were successful in obtaining the insurance policy limits of the party that caused the crash. We encouraged the client to seek coverage through Underinsured Motorist (UIM) benefits and the client chose to handle that on her own. This review gives no specific details of the terms of the UIM settlement. But, if the UIM policy limits were paid, that insurance carrier has no more obligation to pay ongoing medical bills. Anyone that has either owned a business or dealt with the public knows that there are simply "headcase" people in the public who live in their own world. Needless to say, we were happy to discharge our dealings with this client and her controlling husband.
