We represent individuals and groups with employment law issues, focusing exclusively on the employee's side of the case. We negotiate with employers and their lawyers on behalf of employees who have issues with unpaid wages and overtime, employment discrimination, workplace harassment, wrongful termination, disability accommodations and on-the-job injuries. We will take the necessary steps to get what our clients deserve from their employers. David Lichtenstein and Matt Molinaro handle every case individually with the help of our dedicated staff, which knows the importance of our clients' confidentiality.
Employment law includes a number of different issues in which employees could be mistreated, underserved or injured. When you are a client of our firm, you get lawyers who know your rights and how to obtain the best possible outcome with your best interests at heart, and helping to guide you through every step of the legal process.
