Flagstaff Criminal Defense Law Firm
Overview
At the law office of Lee Phillips, I am committed to helping those throughout the state of Arizona with all their criminal defense needs. As an attorney with over three decades of experience, I am prepared to dedicate all my resources to keeping your record free from criminal charges that may affect your ability to get a job or live a productive life in the future.
I handle cases of drug trafficking, drug possession, misdemeanor drug cases, drug cultivation, drug DUIs, alcohol DUIs and understand your rights that must be respected when you are facing a criminal charge. As this is one of the defining moments in your life, I am in your corner to look out for your future. With a proven track record as a successful criminal defense lawyer, I leave no detail unnoticed and no stone unturned in my quest to keep your record clear.
Past successful criminal cases that the law office of Lee Phillips has handled include reversed drug convictions of an individual with 11 pounds of cocaine, not guilty verdict for an alleged sex offender and several cases that were turned over because there was no probable cause to stop the vehicle before drugs were discovered. I have also successfully argued that criminal charges may be dismissed in cases where law enforcement officers pull an individual over because of his or her race.
I offer my experience, knowledge and skill to those who are facing criminal charges, and I am happy to discuss your case during a free initial consultation at my law office. Credit card payments can be made in the office for services.
