Mr. Ricci represented me at a very troubling time in my life. He was not only effective and successful, but he was at all times respectful of me and my plight. His rates were reasonable. He was always responsive to my emails and phone calls, even when I sometimes made too many of both. His billing was more than fair, and totally justified by the results. I use Mr. Ricci twice in the last 5-6 years. He was great. He was responsive, effective, and he was reasonably priced. He was well-known to the court staff and Judge, and well-respected too. I enthusiastically recommend him, especially in a contested divorce matter in NJ.

Mr. Ricci called me and discussed how he can handle my case in great detail in initial consultation. He would call me immediately to take my credit card payments. Soon as I hired him, he would ignore my emails and phone calls. He would drop the ball on filings because he ignored repeated emails and tried to put the blame on his paralegal saying he thought he had it done. My wife would keep taking the children out of state and not disclosing where they are. I asked him to send a letter out. He drafted a letter but never sent it out. I asked him several times why he never sent the letter out and when will you send it out and he would ignore my request. I asked him to request that I can see the kids for Christmas since my wife refused to send them for Thanksgiving as she has already had the kids since August and he would never request for them to be sent after asking him to do this several times. During the mediation hearing, he never addressed any of my concerns and things I wanted but only asked about his court fees be paid. When asking him why he keeps ignoring emails and my request, all he will do is send an invoice over. My case ended up getting dismissed because he ignored my emails and asking did I need to go to court on a specific date. Mr. Ricci will not return your calls or emails until you call the ethics department on him and then he will call you but that is all he will do is call you.
