He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Western, and Northern Districts of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, and state courts in Colorado and Nebraska.
Shane has written and co-authored numerous articles and given several speeches.
