I was treated with great respect. There never was a time when I didn’t receive a quick response to my questions and/or concerns. In fact, I received most responses within minutes: even if it was just an acknowledgement of receipt, letting me know that a detailed response would soon follow. There were even times when I sought clarification on matters one email at a time. I very much appreciated that he replied to each and every email rather than summarize everything in a single reply. Doing so simplified it for me. I didn’t have to figure out which reply correlated with which question. There were no shortcuts. As I reflect on my experience, I’m glad that he was recommended to me. Appointed to defend me by a judge who's ruling I needed to overturn. Grosh was unable to do this, in my opinion, he didn't want to offend the judge who appointed him to overturn his own ruling. Avoid this lawyer, especially when involved in a case which is on its face one involving a conflict of interest. His own career comes before the defense of his client.
