John B. Long, II represents clients in the areas of estate planning and administration. He also advices clients with respect to land use issues.
Jeffrey E. Badger represents clients in commercial real estate transactions, business formation matters, and estate planning and administration. He also handles all types of adoptions, including stepparent adoption, foster parent adoption, independent and agency adoptions, and interstate adoption. Having handled more than 500 adoption cases in his career, he is well versed in representing adoptive parents, adoption agencies and birth parents.
