I wanted to update my review for Mr. Lutz as I didn't include his Paralegal. Jill Conner as an aboslute superior performer. Her attention to detail, knowledge, and experience was unsurpassed. She really poised David Lutz for success. Here's my original review with updates. Mr. Lutz was amazing and he packs premium performance in a budget price.I had a fraudulent DVPO filed against me. My wife?s claims were untrue. She was attempting to use this as the common ?silver bullet? technique used to get the upper hand in a divorce. Mr. Lutz helped explain what I needed to do in order to prove my innocence. I provided my evidence to him and his amazing paralegal. He helped me feel confident by explaining the process and what was to come. He went to court with me and calmly incapacitated the opposing counsel. He calmly told the commissioner my wife?s claims didn?t at all meet the definition of domestic violence. I probably didn't even need an attorney. My ex wife's attorney Bryan Murry was a bumbling, ever failing attorney. He was often scrambling for reference documents, and seemingly perpetually unorganized. To me, his performance indicated he obtained his education at a low-tier community college. I really hope he can get a new job and get trained by the best so he can succeed, as he was unscrupulous and unethically proceeded to talk bad about me after the commissioner had dismissed his case and publicity asked why he had brought this to the court. I fear until he gets help from a mentor, he will let down, and disappoint any client he takes on. He will willingly take money even though the case is not winnable, so I guess that's a good think. Using Mr. Lutz and Ms. Morfitt against him was like using a tactical nuclear weapon against Popsicle stand. The judge dismissed the case after agreeing with my explanations in my documents and concurring with Mr. Lutz. He?s still helping my divorce case and I?m hoping for another victory while keeping cost to a minimum. Mr. Lutz has been great to work with so far. He knows how what he?s doing and does his best to keep costs as low as possible. Mr Lutz, Ms. Morfitt, and Jill Conner were fantastic and I highly recommend paying them to help you succeed and the truth come out.

Janice and Jill are the absolute best! I recently had a legal issue that caused me so much stress that it was taking away from my family and my newborn baby. Both of these ladies helped take that stress away and I couldn?t be more grateful! They are so knowledgeable and great at what they do! I recently (2018-2019) retained Mr. Lutz for assistance in enforcing my divorce decree. From the start, he was upfront, honest and compassionate to my situation. He was aggressive, yet gentle and very professional. He listened to my concerns and offered guidance as to the best course of action for my case. His staff was always very helpful and the teamwork was dynamic. I recommend this firm to anyone seeking professional and honest representation.

Respectfully, I would not recommend Kelsey Morfitt. I reached out for education of my co-parent rights and guidance. Unfortunately, I had to explain my circumstances. So, that she could better understand my situation. However, I felt she was uninterested in my concerns. I felt that I was an inconvenience after 35 minutes or so. She was very short with me towards the end. I had a lot to say in a short time. My goal of speaking with her, I to understand the legal side of my concerns. She made a suggestion, of matching my other co-parent?s aggressive behavior through email by stating?.?Well, if he?s sending emails to you with capital letters included, you should do it back?. That is very poor and unprofessional advice of the importance of a custody case/parenting plan. I had researched many articles of : ?The do?s and don?ts of co-parenting communication?. One of the things that could possibly sabotage your custody and what you should not to do because?when a co-parent uses capitalized letters in an email?it shows aggression and anger that the courts may review and find in a negative way. I?m very disappointed about the feedback I received. I felt she was not attentive during our conversation. For example?I had asked her a question during our conversation. In which there was a noticeable pause, and then she asked me to repeat something I said. It was obvious, she was distracted by something. I paid a fair but yet, expensive consultation fee to feel confused, upset, used and unsupported in my matters. I generally, do not give my time to leave a review with anything. But Kelsey?s lack of knowledge and interest to my concerns, left me feeling hopeless. This consultation was not looking out for the best interest of me. It was truly hurtful, to feel like she had more words to say about her retainer fee, hourly rate and how to contact her. Rather than, showing any interest, confidence or compassion of my needs.

Either wait two weeks for a free consultation, or pay $102 for one ASAP. I could not wait two weeks so here is the money... Now I take time off work since the time is at their convenience, just to find out they did not want to call for the appointment??? So I called them and instead of getting the legal advice that I paid for.. I get the receptionist that needs time to figure it out??? untrustworthy unkind unorganized the only thing this firm is good for is saving you the trouble of hiring them so you do not have to go through the trouble of firing them. Case dismissed
