Since 1992, our dedicated team of attorneys has provided focused business law services at the law firm of McMillan Metro, P.C. We represent clients in Potomac, Maryland, and throughout Montgomery County and the rest of the state, as well as in Washington, D.C., providing personalized counsel and focused advocacy. Our firm also sees clients by appointment at our satellite locations in Frederick, Maryland, and Tysons Corner, Virginia.Founded on a client-first approach, our attorneys communicate clearly with those we represent through each stage of the legal process. We take the time to talk to them and to discuss their specific needs, concerns and legal objectives, and our attorneys craft strategies aimed at helping our clients secure the best possible outcomes to their legal issues.
Over the years, our law firm has grown to a staff of 13 attorneys and 11 support professionals. Providing the large-firm resources our clients need while still offering the small-firm attention they deserve, we strive to develop sensible and effective solutions to their legal issues. Our experience includes aiding clients with matters such as business formation; purchase, sale and merger transactions; bank financing, commercial transactions and loan documentation; employment agreements and executive compensation; noncompete agreements; franchising, shareholder and operating agreements; and business disputes.
At the law firm of McMillan Metro, P.C., we place an emphasis on the attorney-client relationship. In addition to offering business law representation, our team assists people with family law, estate planning and administration, elder law, and education and school discipline law cases.
