Las Vegas Civil Litigation Law Firm
Overview
At Morris, Sullivan & Lemkul LLP, we are proud to have served San Diego for two decades. During that time, our California law office has provided us with the amazing opportunity to represent clients who want to protect their inventions, investments and individual needs.
Our Practice Areas
Over the past 20 years of serving our clients in civil litigation matters, we have expanded our practice areas to meet their needs. These are some of the case types we are most well-known for:
• Business litigation
• Insurance law
• Class actions
• Mass torts
• Mechanics lien
• Personal injury
Our History
When we first opened our doors, our lead attorneys came from one of the most respected and established law firms in San Diego. Together, they worked hard to expand the law office. By the second year, another attorney joined the office. In 2006, we opened additional offices in Las Vegas. Since then, we have expanded into Hawaii and Texas.
Why Choose Morris, Sullivan & Lemkul LLP
Our law office has won roughly 1,700 cases since we first began representing clients as a team. Almost 800 of these cases led to cash settlements. Altogether, these settlements totaled $108 million. Wouldn't you like to earn results like this for your case? While we certainly can't guarantee a successful verdict, we do everything in our power to secure wins for our clients.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level
- - Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials
- - How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost
- - How are the lawyer's fees structured - hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City
- - Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
