Our firm is strongly committed to the vigorous defense of physicians, nurses and other individual health care providers as well as health care systems and institutions, insurance companies and other corporations in professional liability, products liability and general liability litigation.
Our mission is to provide the most thorough and aggressive defense on behalf of our clients, with the ultimate objective of successfully defending those cases that warrant trial. The percentage of cases we have tried to a successful result, specifically to defense verdict, is exceptional.
Our further mission is to offer our clients fair and affordable rates for legal representation. Our hope is that our clients will not feel pressured to settle cases strictly for economic reasons.
