Our Practice
Our legal practice focuses on health care matters on behalf of individual practitioners and businesses. We serve in a general counsel role for health care entities and assist in employment issues, contracts and general business issues. In addition, we assist clients with buying and selling health care companies, physician practices and other health care entities. Finally, we offer a vigorous defense against fraud charges when such allegations arise.

Our clients include health care entities such as, home health agencies, physician groups, DME companies, ambulance companies, pharmacies, adult day care facilities and nursing homes. We also represent individual medical practitioners such as physicians, pharmacists, physician assistants, nurses administrators and other licensed medical professionals.
