Carl Rothrock is admitted to appear before all immigration courts in the United States and the Board of Immigration appeals. In addition, he is admitted to practice before all tax courts in the United States and the Northern and Southern District Courts of Texas. He is licensed by the State Bar of Texas.

Mr. Rothrock represents clients in family, business, and investment immigration matters, with a primary emphasis in investor visas. Prior to practicing immigration law, he served as a complex litigation consultant to the defense teams of many Fortune 100 companies, including Shell Oil, British Petroleum, Chevron, Chesapeake Energy, Bank of America, UBS Bank of Switzerland, Johnson & Johnson, American Airlines and Walmart. Mr. Rothrock is also a licensed Florida residential building contractor with project management expertise in residential, commercial and marine site development and construction.
