In March 2011, he presented on finance and foreclosure law at the Utah State Bar Association’s continuing legal education seminar. The firm has also earned recognition for securing a favorable outcome in a foreclosure defense case in federal court, where a Utah judge required a lender to produce a promissory note in foreclosure proceedings.
Located near the Washington County Library in Hurricane, Ruesch Reeve Werrett & Jones, PLLC serves clients in Cedar City, St. George, Washington County, Iron County, and throughout southern Utah.
