In March 2011, he presented on finance and foreclosure law at the Utah State Bar Association’s continuing legal education seminar. The firm has also earned recognition for securing a favorable outcome in a foreclosure defense case in federal court, where a Utah judge required a lender to produce a promissory note in foreclosure proceedings.

Located near the Washington County Library in Hurricane, Ruesch Reeve Werrett & Jones, PLLC serves clients in Cedar City, St. George, Washington County, Iron County, and throughout southern Utah. We offer evening and weekend appointments as needed, along with free parking. Spanish and Portuguese translation services are available.
