About Our Attorneys

Shawn P. Hammond, our founding attorney, has been practicing law in Georgia since 1996. To date, he has handled more than 2,000 cases involving military law, criminal law, family law or personal injuries. Shawn is a 25-year veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces and has recently seen active duty in both Afghanistan and Iraq, where he received nine medals, including a Bronze Star and Combat Infantryman’s Badge for his service. Shawn has also given talks and seminars on military domestic relations law for both the state bar and for the Fort Gordon Family Advocacy Center.
