Since 1998, he has focused his private practice on most employment law matters. He represents:

• Federal employees facing discharges, based on performance and discipline, as well as loss of condition of employment based on adverse security clearance determinations and other reasons, appeals before the Merit Systems Protection Board and EEOC.

He has twice served as president of Utah Employment Law Association. He is a former Vice President of the Legal Needs of the Elderly Committee of the ABA.
