Alexandria Military Law Firm
Overview
My firm, The Law Office of Philip D. Cave, is exclusively committed to protecting the rights of those serving in the U.S. Armed Forces. Based in Alexandria, Virginia, I assist service members who face legal challenges, including Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) violations and sexual assault accusations. With over 30 years of experience in military law matters, clients throughout Virginia, as well as in Florida, Maryland and North Carolina, regularly call upon my law firm to represent their interests and protect their military and civilian futures.
I received my Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School in 1979 and passed the Ohio bar examination that same year. In addition to memberships in various legal associations, I have served my country both at home and abroad, including a tour aboard the USS John F. Kennedy. I have used my personal military experience and command of military law to benefit clients as a prosecutor, defense attorney, appellate advocate and adviser in military cases for clients stationed in the United States, as well as abroad.
When facing charges under the UCMJ, I understand that my clients’ personal freedom, military careers and future employment opportunities are at stake. Whether facing UCMJ violations, navigating security clearance issues or challenging desertion or AWOL charges, my compassionate, knowledgeable and dedicated team can help. Through a free case evaluation, clients can learn how The Law Office of Philip D. Cave can provide invaluable assistance when confronting military and security law challenges.
