What I like most about the Rosenblatt firm, was that I felt reassured from the moment I walked in and through the entire process. Let's face it, it's scary and really important to not only have a knowledgeable attorney, but a practice that makes dealing with the unknown so much easier. Stephanie, the Bankruptcy Paralegal I worked with the most, was a total found blessing. Really efficient, she kept me on the ball with what is a difficult enough process as it is, but always made me feel welcome when I called or visited, as did the entire staff. I highly recommend this firm, and, was happy to discover that Richard covers many other legal issues than just bankruptcy. Part of what got me here was some issues with the IRS, and I felt completely comfortable asking for their help on this as well.

I went to Rosenblatt for a Bankruptcy after pushing it off for longer than I should have. Richard is very knowledgeable and very cut and dry straight to the business on how he can fix things for me. Stephanie explained the process the requirements and what I needed to do for my trustee to be happy with my case. Problems did come up. But everything was dealt with promptly that I didn't have time to even stress about it. This was far easier than I expected and I wish I went through with it sooner than I did. I would have saved myself a lot of anxiety. I've dealt with other firms before, this one is more persona able. This one actually took time to take my calls and answer all my questions that I know I asked multiple times because it was just so much going on at the time, no one wants to declare bankruptcy but after my experience and after the knowledge I gained about the process, it's no where near as bad as I made it out to be. I would recommend this firm because you're not just a number, you're not just money coming in, you're a person and you are important and being comfortable with the process is their top priority. I feel heard here. I will definitely return.

I had an Estate matter that I hired Richard for. Richard was very good in dealing with the Judges as there were 3 with the Orphan's court. He was excellent at representation too. He understood the dynamic of the opposing parties, this was a family matter and we were all siblings, and was so helpful in keeping everyone calm and on tract and fair. When there was a settlement offer presented Richard was great at not accepting it and counter offering for something better. I contacted Richard Rosenblatt after leaving my abusive ex fianc?. My parents had used him as their business attorney, and he claimed he was also experienced in Family Law. Over the course of a few months, it became clear that he was in over his head and had no idea what he was doing in the family law courtroom. When I told him I needed to find another attorney, he claimed he had spent the 30k retainer I gave him. Turns out he was charging me for all the studying up on family law he had to do as well as several thousand dollars to "refer" me to someone else. Save yourself money and don't hire this attorney for anything other than routine Bankruptcy or tax law.

I was not pleased at all with the representation received from the law firm. In my opinion, the firm was only interested in taking my money and then doing whatever opposing counsel desired. When I would request that some type of action take place against the shenanigans, I would always be told that it was "a waste of resources and time". I could not go to another firm because the law office had taken all of my money and I was too far into the case. I DO NOT recommend this law office for ANY type of legal matter.

I retained Richard Rosenblatt to negotiate a release of lien for a small second mortgage so that I could sell my property to my tenant in an approved short sale. He advised me to stop making my mortgage payments to the first mortgage company as making the payments would show that I didn't need the lien released. I did what he told me which forced me into foreclosure as the entire loan amount became due. This then forced me into bankruptcy which is what I was trying to avoid by retaining Mr Rosenblatt in the first place. It took 7 years for this to be removed from my record and it was all due to the incompetence of this lawfirm.
