A History Of Dedicated Service
Attorney William D. Koehler holds a rating* of Martindale-Hubbell Distinguished, signifying his commitment to ethics, his strong legal skills and the respect of his peers. In addition to serving his large legal clientele, he has spent more than two decades involved in public service. He previously served as a planning commissioner for the City of Agoura Hills for more than a decade, where he helped develop and implement the city's long-term general plan for land use, zoning and other issues. This work included reviewing proposals and providing recommendations to the City Council and city administrators on how best to meet the city's needs.
Mr. Koehler was then elected to the Agoura Hills City Council in 2005, and has served three terms, and on two separate occasions has served as mayor. His experience also includes service as the chairman of the City Selection Committee for the League of California Cities, a committee comprised of the 88 mayors in Los Angeles County. In this capacity, the Committee oversaw the appointment of members to the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, as well as recommended candidates for the California Coastal Commission to the California Senate.

Mr. Koehler has provided guidance in the formation of business entities for their production vehicles, as well as contract negotiations, working hand in hand with agents and accountants to provide his clients the best all-around service.
