The current president of our law firm is David A. Yergey Jr. David's grandparents, C. Arthur Yergey and Germaine Yergey, started the firm more than 80 years ago. Their son, D. Arthur Yergey (often referred to as "Judge" since his appointment as Juvenile Court Judge in 1963 - 1969) joined his parents' firm in 1957. Parents and son practiced together until C. Arthur died in 1974. David Jr., joined Yergey and Yergey, P.A., in 1983, and practiced with his father until D. Arthur retired. The Judge is now of counsel to the firm.
