New York Landlord Tenant Law Firm
Overview
At the law firm of Zingman & Associates PLLC, we focus on serving real estate needs of the New York City market. A substantial part of our practice consists of real estate litigation with a particular focus on commercial and residential landlord and tenant litigation.
The attorneys of our firm have vigorously represented both landlords and tenants in all aspects of landlord and tenant disputes for a combined total of over 40 years. The breadth and depth of our representation on both sides of the landlord and tenant divide has sharpened our skill set to better prepare us for whatever the other side may raise in court and to develop a winning strategy.
At the same time, real estate transactional work is also a significant part of our New York City practice. Our work in real estate in both litigation and in transactions has made us better advocates, since knowledge in one area informs our work in the other.
In addition to our landlord tenant and real estate work, we also handle a variety of general business law matters, issues involving cooperatives and condominium associations and estate administration litigation
Our office is located in midtown Manhattan, directly across from Grand Central Station. Get in touch with us today to further discuss how our experienced and trusted firm can help you seek an efficient resolution to your legal concerns.
